As a member of SuperGold, Postie offers you 5% of all your full priced items when you shop in-store at any Postie nationwide. Offer available to SuperGold members only and your SuperGold Card must be presented at checkout for the discount to apply.
Terms and Conditions
1. SuperGold Card Holders get 5% off all full-priced items. Excludes clearance, red label and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
2. Offer is available in Postie stores Monday to Sunday unless otherwise specified.
3. Discount is only valid in-store. Please check store hours and locations for your nearest Postie store.
4. Members must provide a valid SuperGold card and the named cardholder must be present at check-out.
5. A form of identification may need to be provided to the Postie team member if they request it.
6. Offer is invalid if the card is given to family/ friends.
7. We may amend these Terms at any time (including retrospectively) without prior notice in our absolute discretion. Any amendments will be posted on this page.
FAQ’s
1. Am I able to get a discount if I shop online?
The SuperGold offer is only available in-store, as a Postie team
member needs to view and your SuperGold card for the discount to be applied.
2. Can someone use my discount on my behalf?
No, the discount is only available if the SuperGold cardholder
is present. This is to ensure people do not take advantage of the discount.
3. Is the offer valid for more than once?
Members are eligible to use their 5% discount multiple times as long
as they have the SuperGold card and the cardholder is present.
4. Am I able to get my SuperGold discount without my card present?
Both a valid card and the named SuperGold member have to be
present at the time of the transaction.
5. Is the discount only available for SuperGold members?
Yes, this discount is a thank you from SuperGold and Postie to
those who have contributed to Aotearoa.
6. How do I become a SuperGold member?
Please visit the SuperGold website,
where you can find out more details about how to become a member and get 5% off
at Postie.
7. Does the 5% off apply to everything?
The discount can only be applied to full-priced items unless
stated otherwise. The discount cannot be used on clearance and red label (Sale)
items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. If you are unsure
if an item can be discounted please ask for clarification from a Postie team
member in store.
8. Can I return/exchange items that I have bought using my SuperGold discount?
Yes, our usual returns policy applies. The item/s must be returned in original condition along with the tags and receipt within 14 days. For more information please see our Returns Policy
9. Is ID required?
Postie staff may require ID as a way to identify if the cardholder is present at the checkout.
